The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 249 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Section 354(A)(B) of the Indian Penal Code and section 7/8 of the POCSO Act.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

In view of 164 statement of victim girl and the fact that girl is minor, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
