2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):
(A) For issuance an appropriate writ directing and commanding the Respondents to pay proper compensation against the Lands Acquired for construction of Hajipur-Sugoli New Railway line situated in Village-Arara, Pragana-Hajipur, Thana No.16, Thana-Hajipur, District-Vaishali by notification No.15/DLA, Vaishali (Rail)- 03/11-1134 dated 16.05.2012 published in local News Paper (Prabhat Khabar) on 03.06.2012.
(B) For issuance an appropriate writ directing and commanding the Respondents to pay the entire proper compensation amount against the Lands Acquired of the Petitioners with statutory interest as per law.
(C) For issuance of any other writ/writs/order/orders to which the petitioner may be found entitled to.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that they shall be preferring separate petition along with all the supporting document in support of the case before an appropriate authority within a period of next four weeks from today.
4. If such petition is preferred individually, the concerned authority shall ensure that the matter is taken to its logical conclusion in next six months.
5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
