2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 689 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 310(2) of the BNS, 2023.

3. The case of the prosecution is that while the informant was returning home on his bike with his associate Suraj Kumar, seven persons on three bikes surrounded him and on gun point, snatched his bracelet and golden chain.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has

It has also been submitted that the FIR was filed against unknown miscreants. During course of investigation, one Hridya Nut was arrested and in his confessional statement, he has named this petitioner. He also submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Since the petitioner is having criminal antecedent of 14 cases, he has been framed in this case. He further submits that the similarly situated other co-accused person namely, Hridya Nut has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 20.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30602 of 2025. It is also submitted that except antecedent, the case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 30.01.2025.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State and submits that the petitioner is having criminal antecedent of 14 cases.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief
