Patna High Court SA No.235 of 2001 (16) dt.19-01-2016 passed on 1802.2009. It does not appear from the records that any step has been taken by the appellants for restoration of this appeal. It further transpires from the records that the aforesaid respondents were the plaintiffs in the suit and the present appellants were the defendants.

In this view of the matter, proceeding further with this appeal may result in inconsistent orders and decrees. This appeal is, therefore, dismissed as incompetent.
