Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 604 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 498A, 494/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is second wife of the husband of the informant. There is nothing specific alleged against this petitioner and the allegations, whatsoever, are against her husband. As matter of fact, this petitioner was no aware about the married life of the husband of the informant. From the allegations levelled in the first information report, no case under
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75849 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 sections 494 and 498 I.P.C. is made out against this petitioner. Petitioner is a lady having no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 604 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
