2. This writ application has been filed for directing the respondents to grant Matric Trained Scale to the petitioner from the date of his joining as well as Senior Pay Scale on completion of 12 years of service in terms of Division Bench judgment dated 16.08.2017 passed in LPA No. 756 of 2015.

3. In view of the limited prayer, this writ application is disposed of with direction to the Respondent No. 7 to

Patna High Court CWJC No.8137 of 2024(2) dt.27-11-2024 2/2 examine the case of petitioner in light of the aforesaid Division Bench judgment dated 16.08.2017 passed in LPA No. 756 of 2015 and take a decision with regard to aforesaid prayer of the petitioner by passing a speaking and reasoned order, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from today and thereafter, pay the admissible and consequential benefits, if petitioner is found entitled , within a period of 6 months thereafter.
