2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Agrer P.S. Case No. 26 of 2026 registered for the offences punishable under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109, 125(a), 125(b), 352 and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to village dispute arising out of an accidental death of a goat and the occurrence took place in the background of sudden altercation and scuffle between both the side and the prosecution case itself suggests free fight in the heat of the moment. It is further submitted that even according to the

No.32140 of 2026(2) dt.12-05-2026 2/2 FIR the specific allegation against the petitioner is only of assault by danda and the allegations are general and omnibus in nature which is against 8 named and 20-25 unnamed accused persons. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner bears no criminal antecedent and has been languishing in jail since 17.03.2026.

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of this case and considering the statements made in the petition as well as above submissions, coupled with petitioner's young age, his fair and clean antecedent, the nature of allegation appearing against him and also the genesis of occurrence, this Court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court concerned in connection with Agrer P.S. Case No. 26 of 2026.
