The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are father-in-law and motherin-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33195 of 2022(2) dt.24-11-2022 2/2 allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners live separately from the husband of the deceased and they had no concern with the day-to-day affairs of the deceased and her husband.
In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IVth, West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 39 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
