2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.02.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22277 of 2021, by which the petitioner was granted regular bail.

3. For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated 24.02.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22277 of 2021 for surrender of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66303 of 2023(2) dt.03-11-2023 2/2 and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today, subject to deposit of a cost of Rs. 3000/- to the District Legal Services Authority. At the time of surrender, the petitioner shall furnish the receipt showing deposit of Rs. 3000/- to the District Legal Services Authority.
