2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 25 of 2022 dated 06.02.2022 has earlier been rejected vide order dated 09.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23944 of 2022 in which liberty was granted to the petitioner that he may renew his prayer for bail four months after date of framing of charge.

3. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that it is a case of Section 376 of the I.P.C. read with Sections 4/6 of the POCSO Act. Counsel submits that the progress report of the trial has been called for in this case.

4. Upon perusal of the progress report of the trial, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 34013 of 2023(3) dt.26-07-2023 2/2 Trial Court has demanded 60 days time to conclude the trial, as all prosecution witnesses have been examined except informant.

5. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, therefore, his bail application is rejected again.

6. With this observation, the bail application stands rejected.
