2. From the pleadings and materials on record, including the 6th supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the University today, the Court finds that the order dated 08.08.2014 passed in CWJC No. 13507 of 2014, has been complied with.

3. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.

4. However, it shall be open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps as he may desire with regard to the order dated 09.07.2019 passed by the Vice Chancellor of the University, copy of which has been made Annexure-E to the 5th supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the University.
