JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 04.03.2019 on the accusation that he was caught red handed while he was fleeing with rickshaw of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner does not have criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.
