In this writ petition, the petitioner seeks following relief/s :- "For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment to the psot of Class IV employee from the list of panel prepared by the Begusarai Collectorate in the district of Begusarai."

3. The petitioner has approached this Court without filing any representation before the concerned authority. The petitioner is directed to file an appropriate representation before the respondent No.3 for seeking the relief as prayed for in the present writ application. The representation must be filed

Patna High Court CWJC No.8423 of 2024(2) dt.19-03-2025 2/2 within a period of four weeks. Thereafter, the concerned authority shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner within three months from the date of receipt of the representation.

4. In the light of the above, the present writ application stands disposed of.
