Aggarwal, learned Senior counsel along with Mr. Roop Kishan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner; Mr. Lalan Kumar, learned APP for the State and Mr. Hafiz S. Arif, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Informant.

2. Learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that the petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 17.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.67310 of 2024 and four weeks' time was granted to surrender before the learned District Court and furnish the bail bond. In the meantime, the petitioner was made accused in Lakhisarai P.S. Case No.32 of 2025, which was lodged on 27.01.2025 and the petitioner was

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32340 of 2025(2) dt.20-06-2025 2/2 arrested on 28.02.2025. The petitioner's Bail Application No.685 of 2020 was allowed and he was released on bail vide order dated 15.04.2025. The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 17.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.67310 of 2024 for further extension of time to surrender before the learned District Court.

3. Considering the reason and the information contained in the modification application, I find that there is sufficient ground to enlarge time to the petitioner to furnish the bail bond and he is directed to surrender before the learned District Court on or before 07.07.2025.

4. Accordingly, the modification application stands disposed of.

5. The other part of the order dated 17.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.67310 of 2024 shall remain intact. (Purnendu Singh, J) Ashishsingh/- U T
