2. From the pleadings and materials on record, the Court finds that the authorities by passing order contained in Memo No. 536(5) dated 29.04.2019 of the Health Department, have complied with the order dated 06.04.2015 passed in CWJC No. 2656 of 2015.

3. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.

4. However, it shall be open to the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law, before the appropriate forum against the aforesaid order of the Health Department contained in Memo No. 536(5) dated 29.04.2019.
