1. Though the present petition has been filed for review of the order dated 30.08.2017, passed in C.W.J.C. No.4947 of 2016, however, the learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that an encroachment appeal, bearing Encroachment Appeal No.7 of 2016 is pending adjudication, before the Collector, Gopalganj, hence it is submitted that the petitioners be granted liberty to approach the Collector, Gopalganj. Liberty so sought is granted.

2. It is needless to state that the rights and contentions of the parties are kept open, however, subject to the prevailing law.
