2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that non-appearance in Cr. Misc. No. 38510 of 2017 on 27.06.2024 was neither intentional nor deliberate. It is submitted that aforesaid non-appearance was due to non-communication with the conducting lawyer.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission and for the reasons stated in the petition, Cr. Misc. No. 38510 of 2017 be restored to its original file.

4. The present restoration application stands allowed.

5. Upon restoration, let the matter be listed on 17.07.2026 before appropriate Bench.
