The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.697C/2017 for offences under Sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is being submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that this case is purely of land dispute and now the grievance of the complainant has also been redressed. Considering the aforesaid fact, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today,

No.75567 of 2018(15) dt.01-12-2021 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Araria in connection with Complaint Case No.697C/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
