2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Hilsa P.S. Case No. 764 of 2024 registered under Section 96 of the BNS, 2023.
3. As per allegation, with bad intention, petitioner along with other co-accused persons kidnapped one of the daughters of the informant, namely, Suruchi Kumari aged about 16 years, by giving false assurance.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that according to Aadhar Card of the victim, her age is 19 years and her statement under Section 183 of the BNSS was recorded, in which she stated that she and the petitioner were in love with

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 764 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/ 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
