JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 377 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 469, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of getting him appointed on the post of Coordinator in the District Agriculture Department on the basis of fake certificate.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that though he was appointed on the said post, but has not been paid salary and when such facts came to knowledge of the petitioner, he tendered resignation. Further submission is that other co-accused persons having similar allegation have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a Coordinate

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Gopalganj, in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 377 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) Amjad/- U T
