JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-07-2022 Though, the order dated 06.11.2015 passed by the District Magistrate, Begusarai, in a proceeding emanating out of an order dated 31.08.2015 passed in CWJC No. 7083 of 2011, has been assailed but upon reading the entire order sheet which runs into 6 pages, the learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to point out any legal issue which arises for consideration in the present case but has merely raised disputed question of facts which pertain to the claim and counter claim of the petitioner and the respondent no.9, hence, in such view of
Patna High Court CWJC No.133 of 2018(5) dt.12-07-2022 2/2 the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the learned court below for appropriate reliefs. Liberty so sought is granted. The present petition stands disposed of.
