The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 174 of 2021 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. The name of the petitioner has been transpired merely on the basis of suspicion. Further submission is that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33989 of 2022(5) dt.01-02-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge-III, Jehanabad in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 174 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
