No. 10437 of 2001, an order has been passed on 11.09.2001 dismissing the writ petition against respondent Nos. 5 and 6 and seeking restoration of the writ petition against the aforesaid respondents, the application for restoration has been filed in the year 2001. From the records, it is seen that C.W.J.C. No. 10437 of 2001 was heard by a Bench of this Court and by a detailed order passed on 22.09.2005, the said writ petition has been allowed. Thereafter, the aggrieved respondents filed L.P.A. No. 97 of 2012 which has also been dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court vide detailed order passed on 03.04.2012.
