The present application seeks restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 21122 of 2014 which was dismissed for non prosecution on 01.09.2014.
Upon considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, this Court finds that sufficient cause has been shown by learned counsel for the petitioner for not appearing on 01.09.2014 when the Cr. Misc. No. 21122 of 2014 was dismissed for non prosecution.
