2. Lastly, prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 29.3.2023 with direction to Trial Court to expedite and conclude the trial preferably within a period of one year.

3 . Trial court's report dated 19.09.2024 reflects that out of seven charge sheeted witnesses, only five witnesses have already been examined and only I. O and doctor are yet to be examined.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of direction passed by this Hon'ble High Court, trial has not been completed, as yet and there is no likelihood of conclusion of the trial in near future . Petitioner is in custody since 08.08.2021 and claims clean antecedent.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and the tardy progress of the trial, let the petitioner as named above be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ VIII Ara (Bhojpur ) in connection with Piro (Hasan Bazar ) Police Station Case No. 128 of 2021 Sessions Trial No. 18 of 2022 .
