Case No.154/2014, as such, both have been heard together and are being disposed of by this common order.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioners are in custody since 2.08.2014 in a case
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42955 of 2014 (3) dt.22-01-2015 2/3 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against Kamlesh Prasad is that he applied for loan in the Punjab National Bank, Ghoshi enclosing the land possession certificate, which was found forged and fabricated. It is submitted that during investigation, in the confessional statement of the petitioner Kamlesh Prasad, the name of accused Ranjit Kumar and Ranjan Kumar appeared to have helped him in committing the offence.
It is further submitted that co-accused Ranjit Kumar has already been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No.38434/2014. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Ghoshi P.S. Case No.154/2014 with the following conditions :

One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioners.
2.
The petitioners will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.

The petitioners will be well represented in the court.
4.
In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, their bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
