Patna High Court CWJC No.419 of 2018(5) dt.23-08-2022 2/2 petitioners to challenge the order dated 25.6.2016 passed by the Circle Officer, Majhauliya, DistrictWest Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Encroachment Case No. 4/2015-2016. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands disposed of.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that some protection be granted to the petitioners during the interregnum period. In such view of the matter, it directed that in case, appropriate appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners till the disposal of the Appeal, to be filed by the petitioners.
