2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Warisliganj P.S. Case No. 135 of 2019 pending before the learned Exclusive Special Excise Court-2, Nawada, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application on the ground that it is his second anticipatory bail application. Earlier anticipatory bail application has already been rejected vide order dated 21.06.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37427 of 2019.
