Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner being husband of the complainant is being prosecuted for the offence punishable under section 498A and section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
No doubt, there appears to be allegation of torturing against the petitioner but the perusal of impugned order goes to show that the complainant did not appear before the trial court when the trial court issued notice to her for reconciliation.

No.33596 of 2019(2) dt.22-05-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind that petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 18.02.2019, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 365 (c) of 2018.
