JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 22-09-2022 After making submissions on the merits of the matter, Mr. Kalyan Shankar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that granting of promotions notionally is due to the petitioner for the post of 'Joint Director (Employment)'. He has claimed parity with one Mr. Sachidanand Singh, in whose case the Government has issued a notification dated 18.01.2011 (Annexure-13 to the petitioner's rejoinder) granting him the due promotion with notional benefits. It is submitted that his claim is pending before the Authorities, since representations had been filed, copies of which are enclosed as Annexures-6, 9 and 12. In view of the limited submission, this Court would observe, without going into merits of the claim, that the
