JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-08-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Dehri (Dalmiyanaar) P.S. Case No. 1108 of 2018 disclosing offences under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law and case of dowry death with allegation of demand of dowry, torture and killing her daughter.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner and furthermore, Gotni of deceased also received burn injury in the aforesaid incident. During the course of investigation, she has categorically stated that she tried to save her, in which, she has also received the burn injuries. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Dehri, District-Rohtas, in connection with Dehri (Dalmiyanaar) P.S. Case No. 1108 of 2018 subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
