2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Singhaul P.S. Case No. 179/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 115(2), 126(2), 3(5) of B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted and killed the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that a perusal of the inquest report reveals that the deceased was a diabetic and had died due to complications arising therefrom. It is also submitted that the petitioner has only one criminal antecedent and has remained in judicial custody since 21.11.2025. He further submits that similarly situated co-accuse namely Sanjay Kumar has already been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 16.04.2026 in Cr. Misc. No. 10933 of 2026.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted regular bail by this Court, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Singhaul P.S. Case No. 179/2025.

8. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations
