2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 112 of 2021 registered under Sections 354, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that one Prem Kumar Chauhan who was a batch-mate of the informant during study period always used to tease her and took the photo of the informant secretly and threatened to viral the photo/video. It is further alleged that when informant approached the father of Prem Kumar Chauhan in this regard, his father abused and assaulted the informant and her mother.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been

The name of the petitioner has come during course of investigation on the basis of his phone number by which fake I.D. was created and made some photographs of the informant viral. It is next submitted that the alleged photo which is being viral by the mobile number of this petitioner is the photo of the marriage of the informant. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 112 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
