2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 385, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Petitioners along with other co-accused by forming unlawful assembly armed with deadly weapons are said to have reached at the house of the informant, asked about the extortion money, which was unpaid, and threatened to kill him. They also resorted firing.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. Petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. The allegation levelled against the petitioners is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. It is further submitted that all the accused persons belonged to same family and there is admitted land dispute between them. It is further submitted that so far as these petitioners are concerned they are said to be only the members of mob. It is further submitted that it is alleged that indiscriminate firing was made upon the informant but it is a matter of surprise that informant has not received a single injury. Petitioner nos.1 and 3 have two criminal antecedents whereas petitioner no.2 has no criminal antecedent, as mentioned in para-3 of this application.

5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned lower Court where the case is pending/successor Court
