JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 24-04-2019 Having regard to the fact that petitioner has been charge-sheeted in a criminal case, the Court is not inclined to grant any indulgence. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner that after being acquitted in criminal case to make prayer for renewal of the gun license as gun license was cancelled only on the ground of involvement of the petitioner in the criminal case.
With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
