This application has been filed by petitioner for cancellation of the bail granted to opposite party no.2 vide order dated 13.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.4774 of 2019, who happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased and informant is father of the deceased.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 and the State and on perusing the averments made in the petition for cancellation of bail, this Court does not find sufficient grounds to have been made out for cancellation of bail granted to opposite party no.2, as such, present petition for cancellation of bail is rejected.

No.9876 of 2021(3) dt.06-10-2021 2/2 It is further alleged that opposite party no.2 is tampering with the evidence, for which petitioner has remedy to approach the trial court for cancellation of bail and if any such petition is filed, the trial court shall examine and pass appropriate order on such petition.
Trial court is further directed to expedite and conclude the trial at the earliest.
