The petitioners seek bail in Naugachia P.S. Case No. 246 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a)/32 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.
64.125 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from godown of Ritesh Kumar petitioner no. 1. Both the petitioners were apprehended on the place of recovery. It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of petitioners and they have got no concern with the seized liquor. Petitioners are having clean

Considering the period of custody coupled with the fact that petitioners bear clean antecedent, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge 2nd-cum-Special Judge Excise, Bhagalpur in connection with Naugachia P.S. Case No. 246 of 2021.
