JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2021 The present petition has been filed for quashing the notice dated 25.07.2020, whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been directed to vacate the land bearing Khata no. 160, Khesra no. 6654, Thana no. 220, Mauza- Pir Maker, District, Saran.

This Court is of the opinion that the present writ petition is not maintainable in view of the fact that this Court, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, cannot adjudicate the issue of right, title and interest of the petitioner. In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the District Magistrate, Saran for redressal of her grievances.
