05. 02.09.2015 The parties agree that now the spouses are living together.

In view of such, in the interest of the parties, the further proceeding of Complaint Case No. C1-3875 of 2013 (Tr. No. 3848 of 2014) pending before the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur shall stand dropped. However, if at any point in time the Complainant feels that the accused persons to get advantage have compromised the matter it shall be open to her to reopen the present Complaint.

The Application stands allowed with the aforesaid observations.
