The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 26 of 2017 registered under Sections 420, 384, 388, 354, 354(1)(i)(ii), 354C of the I.P.C. and 66E of I.T. (Amendment) Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He has falsely been implicated in this case to pressurize for withdrawing the complaint case. Further submission is that on perusal of annexures, it appears that petitioner has deposited money on the instruction of informant. In fact, the petitioner has compromised with the parents of the informant in the complaint case in which parents of the informant assured that their
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76312 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 daughter will withdraw the present case and fully cooperate with the petitioner.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-II, Patnacity in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 26 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
