2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 436, 341, 379, 427 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, all the 18 FIR named accused persons including petitioner entered the house of informant and looted ornaments and other household articles. It is further alleged that Omprakash Yadav, Rajkumar Yadav, Kantlal Yadav set on fire the grains and furniture of the informant.
4. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute between the parties. Both parties are Gotias. There is general and omnibus allegation

5. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 436 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
