From the injury report of the three injured contained in Annexure-4, I am satisfied that petitioners do not deserve grant of bail at this stage in connection with Runisaidpur P.S. Case No. 337 of 2014 pending in the court of CJM, Sitamarhi. The court below, however, may consider their case for grant of bail after completion of nine months in jail custody.

Application stands disposed of.
