The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No.246 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 379, 411, of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1 is owner and petitioner No.2 is driver of the tractor bearing registration No.26H A 9498. Allegation against these petitioners are that the tractor was use in carrying sand without valid papers. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have valid papers including Challan. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioners above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75053 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each on verification of the record as to valid Challan for transportation of sand to the satisfaction of the Court of learned C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 246 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
