JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-09-2015 The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is languishing in custody since 29.09.2012.

The accusation is of robbing the tractor and trailer. The petitioner was apprehended along with robbed tractor. The petitioner is accused in five other cases of similar nature.

Considering the nature of accusation and the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 141 of 2012.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42016 of 2014 (2) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 Learned Trial Court will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if the petitioner gets substantially involved in serious nature of offence or defaults for two consecutive occasions during trial.
