The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 24.04.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No.10546 of 2023 to the extent of removing the condition of depositing Rs.1,00,000/- in the account of Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to make any modification with regard to deposit of the aforesaid amount. However, in the interest of justice, the period to surrender (after receipt of deposit of the undertaken amount) is extended by six weeks from today in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No.19 of 2021, pending in the court of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35016 of 2023(2) dt.28-06-2023 2/2 learned Special Excise Court-1, Samastipur, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.

The order dated 24.04.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No.10546 of 2023 is only modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
