Having regard to the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite parties, the Court is not inclined to proceed any further as the opposite parties have ensured payment of accumulated amount of provident fund with interest. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner in the event he is aggrieved by the error in calculation, he may approach the Provident Officer for correction and consequential benefit by way of filing representation.

In the event such representation is filed by the petitioner for correction in calculation, necessary decision may
