The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered under sections 379, 411 and 413 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the earlier application for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 14.7.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19169 of 2020 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail on completing one year in custody. The petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2019.

Heard learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the period in custody together with the liberty granted by the aforesaid order dated 14.7.2020, the
