The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and section 10 of the Bihar Conduct of Examination Act.
It is a case of impersonation. One Deepak Kumar was found appearing in place of this petitioner in the examination of Diploma in Elementary Education (Special) Exam. 2020. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. No incriminating article has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner. In fact, petitioner did not appear in the said examination as his original Admit Card and some documents were lost. Petitioner is not

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XI, Patna in connection with Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 238 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
