2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 352 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. Informant alleged that on 26.11.2025 at about 2 PM, he was returning home from his field, in the meantime, all the five named accused persons including this petitioner attacked him, causing injuries to him.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus allegation and no specific overt act has alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - I, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 700 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
