JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 27-06-2024 The petitioner is aggrieved with the revocation of his tender which has been done by Annexure-P/2. The revocation has been carried out since the quote made by the petitioner went below 3.85 per cent which goes against the Clause-4(i) and 4(ii) of letter no. 2988 dated 23.03.2023 which is applicable to the NIT produced as Annexure-P/1. True the deficiency is of one paisa but however the petitioner should have been careful in making the quote.

2. Learned Government Advocate also submits that there is a fresh tender issued.

3. In such circumstance, we do not think that there can be any interference caused to the order passed, impugned herein. However, the petitioner would be entitled

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.
